ZEISS adapter plates identify the stylus system via an integrated ID chip in the measuring software and thus prevent operating errors and incorrect measurements. Another advantage: With the originals, more information such as measuring force or angle of the active probe system is available on the control panel display. The adapter plates are available to suit the respective systems: ZEISS VAST, VAST XXT, XTR, RDS or ST/ST3. Benefit from adapter plate packages, where you can obtain a number of adapter plates at a reduced price.

Accelerate stylus change and measuring time

Use special software functions with original ZEISS adapter plates to shorten your measuring processes. The "Quick Change" software function allows you to speed up stylus changing by 50 percent of the time. This is worthwhile for complex workpieces that require several stylus changes. The "FlyScan" function allows the stylus to move straight over a recess and scan on the other side without interruption. The software nevertheless evaluates the correct measuring points. Depending on the workpiece, for example measuring a tip circle on a gear wheel, this process can reduce measuring cycle time by up to 70%.
